Atn X Sight 4k Pro Problems

Atn X Sight 4k Pro Problems - Their products tend to be glitchy and they are very well known for little to no customer service. Guys i've got a new x sight 4 pro and it's got me pinned to the ground trying to set it up. I've accomplished mounting and zeroing the scope but i can not. My née x sight 4k pro locks up periodically. I have the latest firmware, 3. 1. 11. 480. Anyone else experiencing this and if so, were u able to resolve? If you have one, you have issues. Got all my scent control in order which is a long process. Wind is right so decided to hit the stand. Get all set up and turn the scope on but nothing happens. It clicks but no. Download a fresh version of firmware 436 and install it on your scope using the micro sd card. Is the scope saving your adjustments? These are the clicks. Does anyone maybe have an suggestion what to do with a compass error? I have already tried a new sd card and a reset to factory. Next to that the video stream is continuously.
